Are ZHS Academy qualifications themselves professional licences?
No. We deliver tutor-led tuition aligned to the syllabi of the awarding bodies named on each programme. The certificate, membership and licence are awarded by those bodies once you pass their exams and meet their experience requirements. ZHS Academy is a training and tutoring provider, not an examining body.
How do live sessions work across time zones?
Sessions run on a published UTC timetable, usually two evenings a week, and are led live by your assigned tutor. Every session is recorded within two hours. Cohorts with a strong regional concentration can request an alternative slot at enrolment. All learners also get 24/7 access to the lesson vault and can book 1:1 tutor clinics, so attendance is recommended but never required.
Do I get a tutor, or just recordings?
A tutor. Before the first session you are assigned a named practitioner tutor who holds the credential they teach, and that tutor runs your live classes, marks your weekly questions with written comments, and holds 1:1 clinics on request. Recordings are a revision aid, never the substitute for being taught. The Tutors section above lists who leads each track.
What does the tuition fee include?
Live tutor-led sessions, lifetime access to recordings, digital notes, weekly graded questions marked by your tutor, 1:1 tutor clinics, tutor discussion groups, mock feedback, and a digital certificate on completion. Examination entry fees, professional membership subscriptions and travel to exam centres are billed by the awarding body and are not part of tuition.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Tuition is quoted in USD on this page. Once you enrol, your learner portal offers billing in a range of regional currencies at the rate applied on the day of payment, and instalment plans can be split across those currencies.
Do I need a visa or campus attendance?
No. Every professional programme is delivered fully online. Some exam bodies require you to attend an authorised exam centre; we help you book the nearest one, and most centres now offer remote-proctored sittings for part of the year.
How do employers verify my certificate?
Every credential carries a unique ID. An employer enters it in the verification tool above to retrieve the holder, programme, completion date, grade and supervising tutor, then prints or saves the verification slip. There is no charge and no registration.
